Registering a land parcel in your name is only to provide you reassurance or safety for your investment with us. You can thus be clear that this size of property is clearly available to you on Govt records, no matter what. But you will also sign a clear development agreement with us that specifies the next steps we would do to increase the value of your land…

The current prices in Nandi Hills in our area are already upwards of 50% in appreciation, today. Our rates today are @ INR 2500/sq ft vs. current prices of INR 4000/sq ft today. And once we develop the whole property, these prices should go up even more. Do remember, we are almost opposite Prestige Golfshire, one of the premium golf resorts in Bangalore—with property prices around INR XXXX/sq ft today

Our key goal is to set up an Investment Fund for Real Estate, one that our customers would like to invest in. This Fund would carefully filter and invest into residential, commercial, industrial or hospitality projects. As we move towards this objective, we would like to build up an investor base through providing meaningful value through our own projects, first. Therefore, we plan to showcase several of our own projects and prove their success first—before moving towards a Real Estate Fund. Naturally, as we move closer to completion on any project, the prices would increase. The prices we’ve indicated are a real steal—only for early entrants who’d like to partner with us, now.

Several reasons. One, our objective is not this one project. We’d like you to partner with us in future on other Real Estate projects too, as a part of your Real Estate investment portfolio. How can we think of this if we are not proving success to you on the first few projects ? And keeping in regular touch with you along the way? Two, the land parcel that you’ve invested in today would be registered in your name right from the start. That’s security for you. Our commitment is to convert the land, allot you a specific site, develop the whole property and then hand it over to you for whatever you may wish to do with it. OR we buy it back at a 50% appreciation in 2 years. Three, the prices we’re offering today are unbeatable. Current market prices are already well above ours—so in 2 years after we’ve developed it, it could only get even higher. Finally, the promoters are hands-on into all operations here. There are no administrative layers you need to deal with, you can connect directly with Suraksh or Ganesh if you need to.
